Discovery House is a residential facility for males 21 and above. The residential facility works in conjunction with our Reflections Outpatient Behavioral Health program. Reflections is a structured outpatient program that offers group, individual, educational and family therapy as a part of the comprehensive treatment program led by the multidisciplinary team, comprised of psychiatrists, psychiatric nursing and Master’s level psychotherapists. Our mission is to provide quality behavioral health services and to prevent hospitalization and/or assist in the management of mental health issues to enhance an individual’s quality of life.
