We develop the documentary script and storyboard to be used in the film.
Perform appropriate video filming and shoot statements of the projects’

beneficiaries, harithakamasena members, elected members and
implementing officials.

The documentation project work include a series of in-depth
visualization of the activities of volunteers along with the duties each
family in the panchayat to implement the project.

We produce the final documentary in Malayalam with aduration of 8 to
10 minutes long and three promotional clips version of 2-3 minutes long.
Social media formats of the same is also available.

There are 3 stages involved in this movie making process. Firstly, we
formulate the conceptual design and script formation Secondly, we use
audio-visual documentation method to conduct shooting with the persons

involved. Lastly, the process involves video editing in the media
production process to transform into a multimedia presentation.

The expected time to complete the work is one month from the date of
commencement.
