I have believed all my business career—and I have seen
my belief realized in the success of the businesses I have
created, as well as the success of businesses of those
I admire—that if you focus on passion and purpose,
money will show up when you need it. Hopefully, as
a founder of a new business, you are passionate and
committed about what you’re doing. I believe that if
you are, you will be successful. However, in the very
beginning and throughout the development of your
business, there are a few things that are critical for
