               In the last fifteen years, insurance companies have
               devoted increasing efforts to creating a whole host of
               resources for their agency force. These resources can
               be divided into two groups: education resources and
               marketing resources. In terms of education, insurance
               companies have traditionally offered producer schools.
               Over the last decade, these producers’ schools have
               evolved tremendously from programs that required stu-
               dents to spend significant time away from their homes
               and agencies to primarily Internet- and webinar-based
               classes requiring very limited time out of the office.
               These schools provide a good foundation for new agency
