ALL ABOUT BPEN
The Kedah State Economic Planning Division
(BPEN) was established on 6th August 1973
based on the decision of the State Executive
Council. The restructuring of UPEN Kedah was
implemented on 1st January 2016 and UPEN
Kedah is now known as the Kedah State
Economic Planning Division (BPEN). BPEN
Kedah acts as the department that makes
the planning, coordination and monitoring of
all economic, social, infrastructure, security
and environmental developmentprograms in
the State of Kedah Darul Aman to achieve
national development policies.
