To supplement the L3 information perhaps the club could bring back some of the lead-
ership and history sessions from the former Individual Development Program. And for
those who say...we’ve all done it before? Well, make those members mentors/
         instructors.

Consider one-on-one weekly (bi-weekly) home-study sessions. No Charge! Assign
each new member a seasoned member to mentor them.
         Keep it simple.

         • Be assigned a mentor.
         • Read the session material.

         • Chat by phone, email or Zoom.

         • Take a short written quiz.
         • Go on to the next session and repeat.

Does your Club and or District have a Strategic Plan? Although the exercise in devel-
oping a Strategic Plan requires the participation of all members it would be beneficial.

Strategic Plan Defined: A strategic planning process identifies strategies to advance an
         organization’s mission.

Ideally, by engaging in the process with a commitment to establishing achievable and
measurable goals, agreeing on priorities, and creating steps for reaching the goals a
specific path will be clear. There should also be a schedule to revisit the strategy on
         an ongoing basis.

A BPW strategic plan, at all levels, could be a very short, concise document, easily
digestible by members. What success will look like, how to get there, and what
         resources will be needed.

Do you have a mentoring program pairing a seasoned member with a new member.
The intent here is not like the NFBPWC Mentoring Program rather a seasoned club
member to befriend/tutor a new member.
Some suggestions on what this might look like are welcome.
