Since the 1940’s the Henson’s have

farmed at Guiting Power near
Cheltenham. Adam’s father, Joe Henson

starting farming there in 1962 growing
barley and with a few sheep. He

developed a passion for rare breeds.
Adam, his son, started his TV career in
2001 with Countryfile and is now a firm

favourite of the show. There is plenty of
parking there and you can bring a picnic

or purchase refreshments at the onsite
cafe.
