From the National Council of Women

            Hi all

I hope that you are keeping happy and healthy. Please forgive the round robin
email, April has been a particularly busy month; we have been working on our
future strategy and are already making inroads! I hope to catch up with you
            individually in the near future.

I hope that you can join us for a celebration of courageous and dedicated indi-
viduals (1888 - 1895), who helped forge the path for women's activism in
Britain. On 23 May, 1-2.30pm, we are honoured to welcome renowned histori-
an Dr Sue Anderson-Faithful. She will be bringing to life the women who
helped to found NCW and to progress women's activism overall.

As usual our event is free and open to all, and we really appreciate you for-
warding this email onto your contacts.
