She’s a Carnegie Mellon graduate who interned 3 years at Mister Rogers Neighborhood
back in the day, and has spent the last couple of decades exploring creative approaches to grief experience.

Some time later, Kara would like to do a Creative Grief experience tool with the group. 20 mins
is a little rushed to do that, but she will open a free Zoom debrief hour like a week later if people want to follow up
and talk more deeply about their experience with the tool.

Suggested outline from Kara:

Intro: I'm Kara and I'd like to offer you an experiential today to show you what I do at the Creative
Grief Studio rather than try to tell you.

Tool: The Ripples of Loss - you just need a piece of paper and pen, make three concentric circles,
and I'll give 4 prompts vocally and can cut and paste them into the chat box. Will use one of
my own grief experiences to illustrate as I prompt them to explore their loss experience.
Debrief: How was that? Plus offer the free debrief hour a week later on at the Studio's Zoom for an one
interested.


