As reported at Winter Board, Treasurer Anne Marie Johnson has filed for
President, and Finance Chair Denise Luckhurst has filed for Treasurer.
They both submitted their paperwork, and all is in order. Secretary Katherine Winans
has indicated her willingness to continue as Secretary. Since she already holds the
office, this is a continuation, not a nominations function. The Parliamentarian is
appointed at the start of the new business year so this is also not part of the nomina-
tions process.

There are no candidates for President Elect, despite some heartfelt pleas from
me. Recall the criteria: Two years of service on the state Board of Directors and one
year as a District President, or two years on the Board and one year as President of
a deliberative assembly (an organization can be outside of BPW).

Nominations may be made from the floor at Annual. Just make sure the paper-
work reaches me before I leave from Southern California for Sacramento. My phone
