We are now just 6 months away from the European Regional Conference and my team and I are all
working hard on the organisation of the conference and its content.
The content of the Conference will consist of Key Speeches, Plenary Sessions, Panel Discussions and
Workshops.
The Theme of the conference is: Breaking Barriers. Drive Your Own Success!
The content of the Conference will be focused on 4 main Themes:
Future Focus - The workplace of tomorrow
Digitalisation - The Tools you need tomorrow today
Globalisation - Global empowerment of Female Leaders
Celebrate our Superpowers - Unleash what lies within

We also would like to tackle important topics, ones that are ancillary to the theme of the conference
and ones which showcase the important work that you and your members are doing on a day to day
basis.
We wish that this will be a conference where everyone will walk away strengthened with resilience
filled with knowledge, enthusiasm to achieve future success and where international relationships are
formed and deepened.
As such we are now opening invitations for everyone to submit their proposals for workshops which
would enhance the conference and which will allow the delegates to walk away with exciting ideas and
enthusiasm going forward.
We ask you to submit your proposals for consideration and inclusion in the upcoming conference.
Deadline for submission is 15th December 2024
Before the deadline we need the name of host/s and Title of the Workshop together with an abstract
of the workshop (about 1200 characters with spaces).
We are looking forward to your great input and hope to be inundated with interesting workshops to
choose from.

The members of the conference committee will meet just after the deadline to choose the workshops
they feel will best contribute to the conference and will respond to all of you before Christmas We
eagerly await your submissions.
