R&R fundraiser FAQs for winning bidders of trips
(relevant only to Kentucky Bourbon Tour, Fairmont Chateau Ski Trip and Tropical Beach Escape).
• A welcome email is sent to each winner once your information is provided to R&R.
This email contains your unique certificate ID# you will reference to book with the
R&R redemption team. Winning bidders can book immediately. However, we do
recommend booking at least 45 days prior to travel.
• Most packages are good for 24 months from the date of your winning bid.
• Winning bidders will have many upgrade options at the time of booking. You can also
add additional nights and book excursions and tours, etc.
• A member of the R&R redemption team will contact you with 2-3 business days of
you submitting your information/certificate ID# to redemption. Our concierge team
will work with you to check availability and any additional requests or questions you
may have.
• You will only need to provide credit card information when you are ready to secure
your booking and confirm your reservation.
