WHAT BPW MEANS TO ME ...
Sharon Braun
“I joined Berkeley Business and Profes-
sional Women’s Club because it is a racially
and culturally inclusive women’s movement
working toward unity and diversity. A national
advocacy organization that focuses on eco-
nomic justice, human rights, and the health
of women.”
Cheryl Edora
“I wanted to join BPW to find mentors who could
help me learn more about advocacy since I have
great interest in policy work. Women’s rights,
women’s health, and advocating for equity are
important subjects for me. I would like to know
how to get involved and engaged, and BPW is a group where I
can do this.”
