9:00 a.m. with a cost of $15.
BPW California North President Bessie Hironimus report the district will also be holding
a summer training in July.
Valley Sunset District President Rosemary Enzer shared they have scheduled a planning
meeting for June 8, they have changed officer terms to one year, Cherrl-Lou Jacobson is
Vice President and Sandy Thompson is the new Treasurer.
Small Business Chair Manjul Batra urged clubs to join and participate in local Chambers
of Commerce.

NEW BUSINESS:
Secretary Winans moved the following Recommendations:
• Meeting dates and locations for 2024-2025:
Fall Board-October 5, 2024 at the Burbank Courtyard.
Winter Board/Public Policy Conference-February 21-22, 2025 in Sacramento.
Annual Conference-May 16-18, 2025 at the Burbank Courtyard.
Motion carried.
• Forward the BPW California North District recommended edits to the NFBPWC
Advocacy Platform to NFBPWC. Motion carried.
• CFBPW open a Constant Contact account. Motion carried.
• CFBPW establish a CFBPW Zoom account. Motion carried.
• CFBPW sponsor the NFBPWC Biennial Conference for $500. Motion carried.

NFBPW Nominating Chair Manjul Batra moved that CFBPW endorse Immediate Past
State President Maria DeSousa for the 2024-2026 office of NFBPWC Vice President
Membership. Motion carried.
