conditioning. Therefore, the green construction technology benefits both the environment and its
guests.

Not benefits, the green construction technology also has several harms. Its harms mainly come
from the high cost of its implementation. Using environmentally – sustainable construction
materials are costly which could potentially increase the cost of its rent and price. Its price is 5%
higher than the conventional building materials. Therefore, its usage is limited to the high rise
building with high end contractors.

Based on the reasons above, green construction is a viable option to be implemented to save the
environment and continue the development.
