at random and at the government's discretion. They will happen without warning to test the preparedness and response time of our CDLs,” pointing the stick at mother.
“Point number two. In the event of a drill, you are responsible for civilians in Sector 499, bounded on
the north by Admiral Nimitz Highway, on the south by Rickover Road, on the east by Radford Terrace and on the west by Jones Avenue. The names of every civilian in the sector are listed on this roster,” he pointed to
a stack of papers on a clipboard. “You have 30 minutes to verify their location and call HQ with your report. The phone number is on the top sheet.”
“Any questions before I continue?” he barked.
