    Ingredients:
• 1 pound ground venison (we often add black beans)
• Favorite taco seasoning
• Soft or hard taco shells
• Taco sauce topping
• Finely chopped onion
• Diced tomatoes
• Greens—shredded lettuce
or we use our garden swish chard
• Salsa

• Shredded cheese
• Ranch dressing

6 to 8 tacos

Prep the ingredients by cutting vegeta- bles, tenderizing meat, shredding cheese.
Following directions on taco seasoning but instead of ground beef, use ground venison and add some canned black beans after the meat is cooked to add a little more fiber. (hint, if you rinse the beans under water, you can reduce the sodium content).
Spoon into your choice of a soft or hard taco shell, dress with raw onion, greens and diced tomatoes. Add your favorite salsa, chips, avocado refried beans ... and a beer.
