    Ingredients:
• 1 pound venison (chops or steaks) • Marinade
− 1/3 cup soy sauce
− 1/2 cup olive oil
− 5 pieces of dried crushed basil
− ginger 1 1/2" X 3/4" piece chopped fine
Preparation time:
Marinate for 1/2 day
Grill hot:
2-3 minutes each side
Do not overcook. Serve hot.
  Larry & Kay’s ginger venison / free range protein with
fresh ginger marinade
Pound venison pieces flat to tenderize. Mix marinade in slider plastic bag. Seal pounded venison pieces in bag. Mix every few hours.
Remove venison from marinade shortly before grilling.
Place on perforated grilling tray. The tray prevents dropping pieces into the grill.
 “This is a family favorite and can be served with
any sides. We like mashed potatoes, green beans from the garden and green salad.
Another favorite is to serve with Orzo fried with sautéed onion.”
