Sensors and Solutions for Motorsport
PMC is proud to offer its KA and PMC branded products specifically designed to satisfy the demanding world of
motorsport and automotive development. For 2020 we have continued to upgrade many of the products with
new features and more precise specifications. This year we added to our very exciting range of Miniature
Pressure Scanners specifically for aerodynamic testing and development. All products are backed by more
than 50 years' experience in solving problems and customizing sensors for challenging applications. We have
a strong team of application and design engineers based in Danbury, CT who are available to help with
technical discussions and product selection. PMC has been operating out of this facility as a proud US
manufacturer since 1963.
Featured Products
Pressure
We have incorporated the high performance piezoresistive silicon technology from our precision sensors used
in laboratory and Dyno testing applications into products such as the ASH. This enables us to offer even higher
accuracies to better than 0.08% within our specialist motorsport products.
Pressure Scanner
Check out the P-Series 8, 16 & 64 channel scanners available in either Aboslute or Differential. These are
unique products capable of being installed in the smallest of places including inside wings and other on vehicle
body parts.
Temperature
Check out the NTC2F Fast Response Air Temperature Sensor.
Load Cell
There are still many requirements for Load Cells where sequential gearboxes are mandated. Check out the
GSS series. Also, the KBP Brake Pedal Load Cell.
Lasers
KA has developed a reputation for providing Laser Sensors specifically for Ride Height. New for 2020 is the
RHL4 Hood for sunlight protection.
We have rotary position sensors to go along with the comprehensive range of Linears.
Speed
We have included a section dedicated to Speed Sensors. These all function as a Hall Effect Sensor and
include various sizes and mounting options.
Signal Conditioning & Acquisition
The CAN8 converter offers a PT1000 Input and 16-Bit Resolution.
