URM specializes in building e-commerce platforms and driving top line sales through smart, aggressive digital marketing campaigns.
URM currently operates eleven e-commerce sites on behalf of our clients, including Spanish and French translated websites for our global partners.
Customer Relationship Management
Our CRM system is extremely robust and capable of everything requested and then some.
Our "Everyone is a Winner" email campaign for the 2018 Belmont was a run away success. Our CRM system was able to track which horse our fans picked and then send the winners a gift card for the correct amount (thank goodness Justify won or else we would have paid out an astronomical amount).
