City Forest Trails
The City of Mission is one of the few municipalities that
manages its own forest resources.
The Forestry Department maintains 13 recreation trails
within the Municipal Forest for hiking, horseback riding or
mountain biking.
Our forestry trails are signed at the trail head and marked
throughout the route with orange reflective markers.
■ Please avoid any unmarked trails as you could quickly
become lost.
■ Please respect other users on the trails at all times.
■ Please pack your garbage out and leash and pick up
after your dog.
■ Please refrain from shortcutting on trails; it causes ero-
sion and destroys the vegetation.
