My experience of Teaching Cambridge English
I am writing this article to talk about my experience of training Cambridge certi cate. I have trained my students for
one month.What I enjoyed most was that I loved when my students have shown that they too love learning
language, not because they had to, but because they wanted to.So how did I start preparing my learners for
Cambridge English quali cations test?
First I used a rich coursebook, forI focused on some useful activities like vocabulary games with ash cards. I gave
them the opportunity to speak as much as they could, they’re practiced asking and answering questions about their
daily life. Regarding reading and writing I have taken together, I asked my students to read the instructions carefully
before they started, to take their time and not to hurry.Concerning Listening I asked my students some questions
and listen to some recorded text and answer questions. Finally I used practice tests in my class which could help my
students get used to the test, and that has helped me share an idea about their weaknesses as well their strengths
and tried to address them.
One of the most importancebene t of Training Cambridge Certi catewas that my students became aware of the
importance of English language and that these quali cations will help them.Really it was an amazing experience.

From school radio to public speaking
School la Tour Effel is among the fewest schools that have implemented a real school project with
clear objectives . Through years ,they have been working hard on it .The application and efforts
displayed in communication skills have strongly helped carry out the school objectives by recrui-
ting qualified teachers and acquiring adequate materials .
Two major communication activities were keystones of the project School radio and public
speaking activitives .
In the beginning the administrators in school la Tour Eiffel have bet on some means of communica-
tion outside of the classroom , School radio was a suitable reply to this end . Students could
prepare topics and forcast school news in a simulated radio environment in the presence of a
small audience , such experience was more than great as it has helped students develop a kind
of self-fulfiment .
The new born activity was thriving slowly but surely. The importance of English language in the on
going of the school project has made it necessary to schedule extra hours in English and choose
more adequate materials to help students enhance their English communication skills .
In order to make students feel more confident when speaking publically , School radio sessions
have been promoted by another more challenging experience .Public Speaking . Teachers have
scheduled sessions of public speaking where students prepared presentations in public .The objec-
tive of such activity was to help students improve their skills and mainly overcome their fears .
In addition to these two activities , school la Tour Eiffel students have gone through a new challen-
ging experience this year , They built a new contact with the world of the famous Cambridge
university by preparing Cambridge certificates . This fresh experience was just a start we hope it
becomes a tradition in school la Tour Eiffel .
We are confident that our students are ready to compete head-to head in any public contests .
