I decided to zone in on my persona

Helen, and concluded that a
solution to her problem would be

to address her routine. I feel by

tackling this issue I would be xing
her lack of Social Life and the

feeling of Isolation also.

I constructed a brief demonstration
of Helen’s day (top right) to

highlight the gap in her day that is
essentially free time. As the care

givers come in the morning and
evenings Helen currently occupies

her time on her tablet playing

solaitaire. 

Given that Helen is capable and
familiar of the use of a tablet, I felt

there was an opportunity to work a
possible app that would help her

organize her day and schedule
virtual tea dates with some of her

friends.
