in IConnect this is one of many features.
This is the exercise feature which allows the user to
choose what they might like to do on that particu-
lar day.
I have included 3 sessions wich can be changed at
the end of every week so the user is not repeating
the same sessions every week.
When you select a session it then allows you to fill
out a questionaire after it is completed this allows
the user and the personal trainer to make things
better for the next week..
The Idea of Iconnect is to make elderly feel
onnected and when they have a routine
throughout there day they will feel happier and
have
something to look forward to each day.
