Jack is 19 years of age. He has down
syndrome and autism. Because of the Rachel is a full-time carer for Jack, her
severity of Jacks condition, He has son, as well as working a full-time job
limited comprehension and speech. from home.
Jack struggles with basic daily tasks,
such as going to the bathroom,
making food and having
a shower.

Rachel does a lot for Jack on a daily
basis, from getting him dressed to
showering him every morning.
