Printing
It took 2 tries to print this model, the first time
one of the main body part noodle out and the
internal was unusable to fit back the internal
components therefore need to be reprinted, but
the second try it was printed internal facing up
that resulted detailed on the inside but bumpy of
the outside. The end piece was slightly squashed
as when the 2 piece fit it doesn’t create a circle.
Finishing
To seal the bumpy surface I use wall fillers and
isopon fillers to be sanded down later, after that
I apply spray paint as normal the only difficulty
here is the nozzle which is made of rubber
therefore the paint is cracked as it does not stick
on the surface.
Internal Component Fittings
As the pieces were squashed, I did a little
modification on the component to fit them inside,
fortunately it fits and the trigger works fine.
