Dimensions:

- 150mm (Height)
- 97.5mm (Width closed) - 195mm open
- 20mm (Thick depending on cash)

Material Finish:
• Traditional soft leather.
• High contrasting stitching colour

Manufacturing method:

- Assembly is by traditional leather stitching.
- Mostly hand-crafting.

Method:
1. Leather is hydraulically pressed and cut with
pre-determined internal+external shapes for the craft.
2. Skiving machine shaves down the thickness of the
leather.
3. Optional de-bossing heat stamp for branding.
4. leather is folded at the corners to create the soft edges
and adhesives applied to hold.
5. Followed by sewing (stitching) the spine and both
product halves together.
