21 Concept 1 : Tower
Description Insporation
The elegant and simple Tower razor combines the aesthetic of contemporary famous
designs, represented in the learning hub in Singapore by Thomas Heatherwick. In the
same way how Layout of Learning Hub is started from the bottom with a small base and
goes up in rounded cylinder shape, this razor design also follows the same pattern
starting from the bottom small base and then goes upward in an elegant way. The gradual
march from the narrow base to the wide top symbolizes the notion of stability, balance,
and power which are projects that make an impact merely through their pure magnitude.
The razor is an amazing user experience and functionalism. This design consists of six
cylindrical rings, of which each adds to the razor's overall aesthetic while simultaneous
performing a function. The layout also doesn't only work to create a visually floating
silhouette but also provides structural stability and ergonomic comfort when in use.
