Once I had the build complete on Solidworks I then was lucky enough to have access to a 3D printer so I was able to print o my model and carry out some user testing. Image
marked “1” shows the product sitting in my hand. I was worried the product was going to be a little bit small but I am happy with how it looked to a human hand re erence.
Image marked “2” shows the touch points for the user. theses touch points will have a slightly raised circular pattern for added grip and comfort. Image marked “3” shows the
product being placed in the ear. this design will allow the user to adjust the product to their desired t. Image marked “4” is a side view of the product in the ear
to give a better example of size compared to head ratio.
