OSSD Report

OSSD students have been reflecting on their learning and looking back in time. Enjoy some
of their thoughts in the following excerpts.

OSSD English has broadened my hori-
zons. It is more practical and focuses
on real issues facing our world. It has
helped me to learn a lot about who I
am as a person too. I feel OSSD Eng-
lish is much more practical than IGCSE
English because IGCSE English seems
to teach you how to read and analyze
whilst OSSD English prepares you for
the world.

Taking part in the OSSD programme
has made me more aware of just how
important time management is. My
way of learning now has significantly
changed; I am less dependent on my
teachers. The online nature of the
programme has also offered a differ-
ent experience from what I have
known. In all my previous years of
schooling; so it’s quite a rewarding
change for me.
