            10. Professional Yard Signs: I will install a professional Premier Yard sign to
                 market your home on a white elegant post.

            11. Follow Up: I will follow up with any and all agents who show your home in
                 order to get comments, overcome any objections and answer any questions
                 they have. An email will be sent to agents that shows your home, and their
                 comments will be forwarded to you.

            12. Network with Past Clients:  I keep in touch with my past clients via email
                 and direct mail. This allows me to know when they are ready to move.


            13. Relocation: I participate in an international Relocation Network that assists
                 corporations and their employees relocating to the Area. As a Certified
                 Military Professional (MRP),  licensed broker and  Certified
                 Residential Specialist (CRS) I get the best referrals.

            14. CRS Networking: I will expose your home to all relocation buyers through
                 the Certified Residential Specialist directory. The CRS designation allows
                 me to receive referrals due to my credentials and 30+ Years of Experience.

            15. Financing: I will prepare a detailed net to seller for you on every offer I
                 present to you.  I will request that all prospective buyers be prequalified
                 with a lender.


            16. Experience Counts At Negotiation: I will help you determine the best
                 “contract terms” to accept in order to net you the most money.


            17. Agent Networking:  Over the last 30 years, I have served in the local
                 Board of Realtors in numerous capacities. This allow  me to expose your
                 home to   other top producing Realtors in your area.

            18. Service: My Team of Client Care Specialists will check on your home
                 regularly. If you are out of town or your home is vacant, we will call you if
                 we find issues that need attention.

            19. Closing: I will follow your sale through closing! My Closing Manager and I
                 will handle the follow-up and keep you informed of every detail after the
                 contract has been accepted.  I will attend your closing to look over the
                 documents and deliver your check!

            20. Place a Color It Sold sign on your home!
