“This one sentence made me feel like I didn’t have to stop eating my favorite foods. As long as I practice portion control, I can eat anything I want and still lose the weight
“Are you being an A-hole to yourself as you put food in your body or treating yourself with the respect and love you would give to a friend?” ~ Angela
by staying consistent” ~ Jessica
The average women will try 130 fad diets in their lifetime. ONE HUNDRED & THIRTY. There is certainly enough of them out there and you, or someone you know, has likely tried a few. With so many options out there, we often forget that simple is best.
Through coaching over the years, this one simple sentence (that started out as a joke), has increased people’s awareness around their actions and behaviors with food in such a way, it is powerfully changing people’s life.
“It made me more mindful of how I was eating, while also making me laugh. It’s funny because it’s true! Instead of saying I couldn’t eat something, I would just say, don’t be an A-hole about it, which has helped me be able to enjoy life still
and not feel guilt!” ~ Jadzia
“I don’t eat like an A-hole, but I still enjoy life’s simplest pleasures guilt free to remind myself I’m still alive and fully aware to be consistent” ~ Jenna
“It helped with more self-control, something I had
an issue with. I don’t sit down and polish off an entire bag of chips anymore” ~ Brian
The story you tell is the truth that you know. Your unconscious narrative is the invisible driver creating your thoughts, actions and behaviors. Do you know your story? Is it serving you or holding you back? Perhaps “I’m not good enough, I suck at this, I always self-sabotage” sound like you?
What if you had a pause button so you could listen, understand and then change the language of your story? What would happen if the story you told supported your vison, was funny and dare I even say...fun?
What if you never had to diet again?
“It has been a game changer...it means I can enjoy life, occasions, vacations feeling free to eat a variety of foods without eliminating ANYTHING! All I have to do is
be mindful & enjoy!!" ~ Nancy
This catch phrase is “the pause.” The split-second pattern interrupt bringing awareness to the choices you make and also is a reminder. Health is not achieved by being perfect, removing an entire food group or endless
hours in the gym. It’s created by the story you tell, eating well most of the time, holding yourself accountable and living a life you love.
“It’s a commitment to well- being, self-love, all lathered together with common sense and kindness”
~ Sarah
