our health is one of the most important things that you have. Unfortunately,
it’s all too easy to ignore until your unhealthy habits catch up with you, and once they do it can take a lot of work to regain the health you once had. At True Touch Massage Therapy & Fitness, we strive to increase our clients overall
well-being and health by helping in three main ways.
First, our massage therapists will help relieve your stress, tension and pain, getting
you back to your normal self. The mobility and stability you gain from massage can help you get back into all of your other activities that promote your overall health. Through
the numerous modalities that our therapists offer, we can speed up recovery from injury, increase your body’s range of motion, reduce anxiety and mental stress, reduce
chronic pain, and so much more.
Second, our personal trainers teach you how to safely and effectively increase
strength, endurance, and flexibility, while helping to motivate and keep you on track towards your fitness goals. Whether your goal is weight loss, muscle
tone, strength, or stamina, they will guide you and push you to become the best version of yourself.
Lastly, our group fitness classes are the perfect way to keep active and connected with other health minded individuals. We have
many different classes that can all be modified to suit your current level of fitness including yoga, strength, high intensity
workouts and more. The classes are fun and engaging, with others there to help keep you motivated. The live classes
are now offered virtually as well, so if you can’t leave home for whatever reason, or live in another area, you can still be a part of our group fitness community. These classes are great for your long-term health, and the fun
and comradery they offer will keep you coming back for more.
These 3 core pillars of my business work together to continually help my clients regain their health. An active lifestyle is
achievable for everyone and is very important for avoiding many of life’s worst illnesses. From heart disease to type 2 diabetes, obesity to osteopo-
