’m a Communications Specialist for Worry Free Plumbing and Heating Experts. My
role involves networking, Human Resources (Technical), and client interaction and customer service. I call Worry Free home because of its warm, family-oriented culture, its commitment to community, and its clear mission statement: to provide quality, affordable,
worry free plumbing, heating, and air conditioning services to Edmonton neighbourhoods with a focus on community and providing safe, fair services to seniors.
Part of my role at Worry Free is networking. As Worry Free’s representative member of the Senior Solutions team and as a proud member of Womanition, I build and maintain relationships with other businesses in Edmonton. Worry Free believes in helping small business owners thrive through cooperation and referrals. My job is to promote and educate other entrepreneurs about safe and fair plumbing, heating, and air conditioning practices while always keeping an eye out for a way to work together with other businesses.
I like to think of myself as Worry Free’s communications tech wizard! I set each expert up with his or her own set of devices and then play an ongoing role in facilitating the experts’ communication with clients and management. Worry Free recently ported its field operations to an exciting new platform and I spent a lot of time making sure the move went smoothly.
Client interaction and customer service is another large part of my work. In 2018, I launched the Never Worry Again program, which helps homeowners manage
their property like the professionals do. Offering comprehensive inspections, preventative maintenance, discounts, and front of the line service, the Never
Worry Again program buys homeowners peace of mind for a low monthly fee. I am in charge of maintaining the program and am also in charge of Worry Free’s robust follow-up program. I personally make sure that every single Worry Free
customer is happy with the service they have received and knows that Worry Free is looking out for them.
Worry Free recently expanded its range of services to include Air Conditioning and Refrigeration. Worry Free brought its signature “warehouse
on wheels” approach to air conditioning, meaning no lengthy trips for parts on your dime. As Worry Free grows and as it expands its services, I am working hard to work smart, constantly seeking technical innovations and new ways to
