 All newsletter submissions will need to be submitted through the member-clicks web-
site. The newsletter will be released, however, the release date might slightly alter as
needed, depending on the activities during each month. Please check the Weekly Update
for newsletter submission deadlines.
 Community Impact Days and special events will take priority.

 Each program/committee will be allowed a maximum of three articles per newsletter.
However, if no articles are submitted, we will replace it with others who have submitted
prior the deadline.
 Article information and pictures for the newsletter must have occurred no earlier than
the deadline for the previous newsletter issue deadline.

 Due to spacing, the Newsletter Committee reserves the right to edit submitted articles
