The Guidelines for the EGO Newsletter are listed below. The EGO Ivy Informer Newsletter will
continue to be published bi-monthly in:

The submission deadline will be the 20 of the months listed above, and released on the 30 .

 Please email your information to egochapternewsletter@gmail.com

 Article information and pictures for the newsletter must have occurred no earlier than the deadline for the
previous newsletter issue deadline.

 If your committee has had more than one event within the designate deadline timeframe, please send the
information as one article, not multiple articles.

 In your submission email, please indicate what you are submitting for the newsletter.

 Only submit electronic photos. Please note, all photos may not be published.

 Photo submissions must include name/s of Sorors pictured on the photo.

 Please do not send information in a PDF format.

 Due to spacing, the Newsletter Committee reserves the right to edit submitted articles and photos.

 Please do not send photos with frames or borders. Please do not send photos on a pic collage.

 Please do not wait until the deadline to submit your information and photos. The earlier the better.
