Assistant Provost and Dean of Students
Dean Kollar is one of Embry-Riddle's many stellar alumni. Her path at ERAU started in
1988 as a student. She currently serves the Embry-Riddle community from the
positions of Assistant Provost and Dean of Students, in which she helps to faciliate an
engaging student life, both academically and socially.
An Eagle through and through, Dean Kollar is committed to creating an education
environment that works for all students at Embry-Riddle.

Established a team within ERAU that emphasized the importance of strategic
relationships with aviation/aerospace, engineering, and related industries
Managed and facilitated employer relationships to produce hiring agreements, job
and internship pipelines, research activity and faculty expertise opportunities
Nominated multiple times for Staff Member of the Year Award for the Daytona
Beach campus
