Dr. Robin
Roberts
Assistant Professor, College of Business
Dr. Roberts is a professional in organizational development. She currently serves in the
ERAU community as an Assistant Professor in the College of Business. Her specialty lies
in customizing and designing programs and services in training and development. Her
expertise has resulted in the creation and development of a business model, Human
Utility Business (TM), also known as HUB (TM).
Having grown up near an airport as a young girl, she later joined the United States Air
Force, a career that took her around the world. She continues to travel for Embry-
Riddle as a trainer in South America.
