WHY JOHN?
John Phillips is proof that not all real estate agents
are the same.
With a strong interest in the industry, John was
initially lured into real estate some 14 years ago, with
11 of those being a major and successful part of the
Century 21 Coast Realty Mandurah team. Such has
been John’s success, he proudly holds the position of
Sales & Business Manager and has rapidly established
himself as a professional and strong performing
Auctioneer. During this time John has involved
himself in all areas of the real estate process,
including sales, marketing, auctions, project
marketing and property management. John has also enjoyed dedicating hours of study to complete
his Certificate IV in Property Services, a qualification not many agents achieve strengthening his
already extensive knowledge in selling and buying in today's market. Offering his clients the best
tools available in real estate today, John embraces all forms of new technology and social media
with a professionally managed Facebook profile and his very own YouTube channel.
On a personal note, John moved from Wales to Mandurah many years ago with his Australian born
wife Melinda, now residing in Singleton with their three children Chloe, Amelia & Lincoln. Like many
people they were attracted to Mandurah because of the lifestyle and considered it a great place to
raise their family. His knowledge as a local resident allows him to promote the genuine benefits of
living here to potential buyers and communicate with them on a personal level.
