3.  The Administrative Office, Finance Management Office, Supply Management Office and the Records
                    Office are likewise managed by qualified head and committed support staff.



            AREAS NEEDING IMPROVEMENT

              1.  There is a limited student’s participation in the planning and implementation of activities concerning their
                 welfare.
              2.  There are limited pictures, communications and letters to document the school activities and other related
                 endeavors.
              3.  Pictures of different officers are missing.
              4.  Organizational structure posted in strategic places in the college is lacking
              5.  The matrix of seminars and training attended by faculty ere not updated.
              6.  The supervisory Program of the Dean is not available.
              7.  There is no student participation in collaborative activities in generating resources and income of the
                 college and/or university.
              8.  The documentation of the implementation of the policies and procedures on internal administration and
                 operation of the college/academic unit is inadequate.

            RECOMMENDATIONS

              1.  It is recommended that more opportunities be given to student leaders to participate in the college
                 planning process to be able to address the concerns about their welfare.
              2.  Paper documentation like pictures, communication and letters in the conduct of school activities is highly
                 recommended to serve as evidences.
              3.  Pictures of different offices should be made available.
              4.  Organizational structure of the Institution and College must be posted in strategic and conspicuous places
                 in the college.
              5.  It is recommended that the matrix of seminars and trainings attended by the faculty be updated.
              6.  Formulation of the Supervisory Program of the Dean is highly recommended.
