2. IMPLEMENTATION
A. THE INSTITUTION MAINTAINS A FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT OFFICE RUN BY QUALIFIED AND
COMPETENT PERSONNEL.
B. The duties and responsibilities of the Financial Management Staff.
1. Supervises and coordinates the finance services of the university.
2. Supervises the preparation of plan of receipts and expenditures of the university
3. Formulates and recommends a well-organized and directed program of the administrative services
which includes accounting, budgeting and cashiering.
4. Assists the Office of the President in justifying the budget proposals of the university for short and
long-range fiscal program.
5. Allocation and management of the University’s financial resources through a systematic and
organized process of recording, examination and interpretation of financial records and reports, and
6. Performs other related tasks as directed.
