The key challenge for this project was getting the entire Engro
conglomerate on one platform, but our success was that the
customer did not even realize there was a transformation
happening. There was 0 disruption for the customers.

Facts To Remember

The OneSAP ERP deployment can be summarized simply by
answering yourselves these questions. Should be able to
analyze the past? So we can predict the future? And make
decisions based on that today.

The only criteria for success of OneSAP was that when we
turn the system on, it works
