OPERATORS CODE OF CONDUCT

1. Tenant must stay inside the space or within ten feet of the Podium, Booth, or selling unit at all times.

2 Tenant shall not approach a guest of Las Vegas unless the guest first enters the space or the guest
approaches within the agreed-upon distance and shows an obvious interest in the tenant's goods or
services.

3. Tenant shall not badger or harass a guest or otherwise interfere with their vacation experience, For
example, Tenant shall not follow guests, ask personal questions of guests, or demonstrate in any
manner that may offend harm or interrupt guests.

4. Tenant shall not touch a guest in any manner.

5. Tenant shall not cause a disturbance to attract attention.

6. Tenant shall conduct itself in a professional manner at all times.

7. Tenant shall not engage in any form of aggressive selling tactics.

All references to "Tenant" shall include tenant's representatives, contractors, employees, and agents.
Tenant is responsible for ensuring that all such individuals receive, understand, and abide by these rules.

Any person who violates these Rules is subject to being banned from the property by the landlord.

Tenant shall be subject to the following fines for violations of these Rules.
a. First violation = $1000 fine
b. Second violation = $2000 fine
c. For each consecutive violation, the fine will increase by $1000
d. Fines shall be deemed additional rent and shall be due immediately upon Tenant's receipt of written
notice thereof.

In the event the Tenant violates these rules, Landlord may, and in the Landlords sole and absolute
discretion, opt to pursue any and all available remedies for violations of these rules. Including
immediate termination of Tenants lease.

These rules may be modified by the Landlord from time to time and such modifications shall be effective
immediately.
