Pattern making & Grading

Patterns are produced digitally* using our computerized 2D
AUTO-Cad Plotter & software. Working digitally is a dream
compared to paper patterns. We have thousands of designs
pre-graded that can be selected as basic blocks to your design
request. The selected patterns are then edited according to
your exact handover & saved as your name or brand.

A good example of working digitally would be the first collection
we made for Victoria's Secret. The handover they supplied was
precise, shapes but no measurements, just visually clear images.
We then produced 12 designs for them & 9 were selected.
These went to sampling & were all approved first time around,
with only very slight revisions, which we edited on our 2D
AUTO-Cad Plotter.

Many brands now using screen shots & adding notes for
changes, experience the same.

TOP TIP
We do not require complex tech packs. The majority of designs
are sent as screen shots, front & back images with notes on
changes to be implemented. Working digitally allows us to make
edits to any shape in minutes rather than hours. If you have a
tech-packs, they are also fine.
