It’s a good idea to keep in one place, that is convenient and immediately accessible, the key
contact information for the beneficiaries, your key Trust administration professionals and
advisors, and your next Successor Trustee. We have enclosed the following pages as a simple
format for you to use. You may wish to not only write the information in this Manual, but also
record it somewhere on a computer so that it may be easily accessed by you (and updated
when necessary) if you are not at home or do not have this Manual with you when you need
any of this information. Also keep in mind that collecting and keeping this information up to
date may not only be important for you, but may be required by your attorney, CPA and other
advisors when they are assisting you.
