LOCATION LIST
In addition to completing the forms provided in the prior Chapter, “Important
Address and Phone Numbers”, you should fill out and periodically maintain the
location list contained in this Chapter, so that in the event that you are ever too ill,
disabled or otherwise unable to act, or pass away, the next Successor Trustee will
be able to easily and quickly locate key items he or she will need in order to
smoothly transition Trusteeship.
