OUR FOUNDER AND CEO

GEOFF HOATSON

My grandparents made just about every legal mistake a senior can make.
They suffered through nursing homes, financial exploitation by their
neighbors, memory care facilities, lawsuits, and even an accidental

disinheritance. I’ve seen - first hand - how emotionally and financially
devastating it can be when seniors go it alone. I watched from the living

room as my family had stressful - and sometimes tearful - conversations
about the future. They were all doing their best, trying to figure it out on

their own. And that really was the worst part - our family was alone,
there was no help.

I know that many families out there are just like mine, adrift in a sea of
uncertainty, with no guidance, and everything at risk. That’s the reason

I’ve made it my life’s work to create this remarkable law firm focused on
helping people get through their scariest times. So that no matter how

bad things seem, we can serve as a beacon in the darkness. That there is
hope. That there is protection. That it will be okay.

Family is the most important thing in life and it is what inspired the name

of my law firm. My firm's sole purpose is to make a positive change in this
world one family at a time, by helping you put your family first.
