Page 55 - Labyrinth--Suburban Stardust
P. 55

Poet: Ryan SooHoo
There is a point in time
when you realize that you are not the only person on this planet. Billions of people in the world.
Billions of stars in the galaxy.
It feels as if you have to carry the weight of the world on your shoulders. Losing sight in the shadow of their light
The worst feeling in the world
Is trying to find which star is yours.
And one day among the billions of faces and billions of stars, You’ll find yourself there.
Shining.
Twinkling.
All by yourself.
Because even if you feel alone,
There are billions of other stars in the sky, looking to find their own light.
