The human spirit is incredibly resilient, and now, more than ever, we must tap into the qualities that not only make us human, but spiritual beings capable of reaching beyond the self to acknowledge and celebrate the sanctity of living our experience as students in God’s School of Life. We are a unit of souls having a human experience—as one— not just single entities competing against each other for what we can acquire or how we can be “better than” others.
It is our hope that we will emerge from this catastrophic period in our history stronger, more enlightened, and self- assured than ever before, with new guidelines for “accept- able” and healthy behavior in the workplace and in every sphere of life.

Based on personal experience, we offer our readers a few tools to take with you as you reenter the workplace—in a whole new way, in a whole new world. As you travel to the workplace, restaurants, shopping, doctors’ offices, or anywhere God takes you, don’t forget to wear your masks to protect yourself and others from the virus! At the same time. make sure that you wear your spiritual mask of love and compassion.
