RAISING CONCERNS
At Focus Global Inc., we are committed to the highest standards of ethical conduct. As part of fulfilling this commitment, we have a responsibility to speak up if we have concerns about activities or people associated or doing business with Focus Global Inc. that may be illegal, unethical or violating the FGI Code of Conduct.
Examples of activities that may give rise to a concern include possible financial misconduct, by-passing of internal controls, fraud, harassment, undisclosed conflict of interest, or a deliberate concealment of any of the above.
These concerns should be promptly and appropriately raised so that it may be addressed in a timely manner.
Reporting Violations
Concerns may be raised verbally or submitted in writing (including email). There is no specific form required in order to raise a concern, but you are encouraged to provide as much information as possible.
A concern may be raised or submitted to:
Your Manager or Supervisor.
The Human Resources department.
The President or Executive Vice President.
If you wish to raise a concern anonymously, you need to provide as much information as possible so that the concern can be adequately addressed.
In general, concerns will be handled by the Head of HR who will direct the course of action if the matter is an HR concern. In other instances, the Head of HR will request additional parties to address the matter in a proper manner based on the nature of the concern.
All concerns received will be treated confidentially or anonymously, to the extent that the circumstances and the requirements of the law will allow. When the concern has been resolved, the resolution will be discussed with the person who raised the concern.
